This fantastic new school has not yet been painted, nor formally handed over to the community, but 258 enthusiastic and excited pupils have already enrolled at St Francis Nursery and Primary school in Bafut.  They have been waiting a long time for a purpose built school, making do with classes under the trees or squashed into a delapidated church hall, but now the children are learning in a clean, dry and hygienic environment for the first time in many, many years.  The school will have a huge impact on the area and on the life chances of the children who study here.
