Another school and more clean water

by | Jun 10, 2017 | BSFA News

Another primary school is about to be constructed in the South Region, thanks to our wonderful supporters at Clymac.  Ecole Publique d’Edjom will soon have three new classrooms complete with blackboards, benches, tables and chairs, an office and a new VIP latrine  – AND a brand new borehole to provide clean drinking water for the school and the rest of the community.

In addition, Clymac’s donation has also funded the construction of another borehole at the neighbouring school, Ecole Publique Meyomassala and new drinking water supplies for two more schools in the West region.

Our Impact Assessments clearly show that clean drinking water dramatically improves the health of the school children and their families, which means their attendance at school increases and academic results improve.

Thank you Clymac – we really appreciate you continued support of our projects.
