Can you help Andrew Hindle and his family as they make their final dash towards their fundraising target of £16,750? They are fundraising for 2 classrooms with all necessary furniture, an office and a new latrine to be built at the little bilingual primary school at Kom Yambetta – to replace these tumbledown classrooms (pictured above) that the children are using at the moment. It will be the third schoolbuilding project that they have funded through Building Schools for Africa.
The Hindles are attempting to travel 1000K in May – in a variety of ways – to raise their last £2,000. Their most recent event was the Montgomery Canal Triathlon (35 miles of running, cycling and canoeing) – and their son, Fraser, was the youngest competitor to complete the whole course.
A link to their JustGiving page is below. If you feel you can, please send them a donation to cheer them on their way to their target.
