The pupils of Ennis House at Chichester High School for Girls, really pulled out all the stops during their recent Charity Week. With fantastic support from the Head of Year, Kate Whitmill, just 200 girls from 8 form groups raised an amazing £500 for us. How did they do it?? Well – apparently the face painting and home-made cakes were pretty popular, then there were sponsored swims, sponsored silences ( the teachers’ favourites!) and one of the male teachers was sponsored to have his hair straightened by his pupils!
Thank you SO MUCH, girls. The money you raised during your week of fun events will make the world of difference to the children in Cameroon.
